Following the positive response from my (rather lengthy) blog post in June "Culture in Education - A House Divided Against Itself Cannot Stand" I thought I would take a look at some of the similarities and differences in culture across various types of education institutions, as well as other companies and organisations who are recognised for having outstanding organisational cultures.
I have been delighted with the positive feedback about this report from people who know a lot about how to establish great cultures; people like Mike Feinberg (CEO of KIPP), Jay Matthews (Author of "Work Hard. Be Nice"), John Allan Hattie (Director of the Melbourne Education Research Institute) and the team at Zappos.
